Expectations for dealers listed on PlyPrice.
These guidelines keep customer experiences transparent and ensure dealers listed on PlyPrice offer reliable, responsive service.

Eligibility & accuracy
- Provide accurate business details, contact numbers, service locations, and brand availability.
- Keep pricing and stock information current; outdated details can be paused until corrected.
- Use only authorized brand names and certifications. Misrepresentation may result in removal.
Lead handling
- Respond promptly to leads routed by PlyPrice. Slow or repeated non-response can affect your visibility.
- Use customer data only to serve the stated plywood enquiry. Do not share, sell, or spam.
- Treat customers respectfully and provide transparent pricing. Hidden charges or bait-pricing are prohibited.
Communication policy
- Calls and WhatsApp outreach should be relevant, concise, and professional.
- Honor customer requests to stop communication and inform PlyPrice if a lead is invalid.
- If you arrange alternative contacts (e.g., branch numbers), ensure they are monitored.
Fees & placement
- Any promotional placement or featured listing will be communicated explicitly. Standard listings follow PlyPrice's ranking logic.
- Lead charges, if applicable, will be agreed separately. Unapproved charges or payment solicitations are not allowed.
Content rights & removal
- Logos and brand assets remain the property of respective owners. Provide assets only if you have rights to use them.
- PlyPrice may edit or format listings for clarity while preserving accuracy.
- We may pause or remove listings for policy violations, poor customer feedback, or fraudulent behaviour.
Liability
- PlyPrice is a facilitation platform. All sales, warranties, and fulfilment obligations rest with the dealer and buyer.
- We are not liable for disputes between dealers and customers. However, repeated complaints may affect listing status.
